The Fourth Seal

Character Before Office is Book 4 in its grove. Dedication: For Level 4 — the first license, still under a Mooray.

The ACTS License is character recognized, not a costume granted. No office is given to an uncleaned lip.

Chapter 7 — The Fourth Seal. Carry the license as a broom, not as a crown.

The lemma under this chapter is QADASH (Set-apart). Keep it in the mouth as you read the next ten pages. Do not skip to a later seal.

ACTS is Mooray-established: a teacher walks a talmid through a process. Seventy-seven pages is the process made of paper. Eleven pages make a chapter. Seven chapters make a book. Seven levels make a school.
